背景Background

Product work often lives across scattered docs, chat threads, and one-off templates. This project started as a way to reduce cognitive load and make high-quality PM work more repeatable.

问题Problem

How do we keep product thinking deep while making execution lighter, faster, and easier to sustain over time?

分析Analysis

Most PM knowledge is trapped in temporary conversations instead of reusable workflows.
AI is helpful in bursts, but without structure it creates inconsistency instead of leverage.
A useful system needs prompts, review loops, delivery rituals, and archival habits to work together.

Solution Evolution

V1

Built prompt skeletons for requirement intake, UI change analysis, and PRD drafting.

V2

Separated orchestration from specialist steps so each task can stay focused and reusable.

V3

Connected the workflow to real delivery artifacts like site prototypes, docs, and skill libraries.

原型Prototype

A public prototype link is already reserved for this work.

PRDPRD

V1 keeps the page ready for public PRD linking without requiring every project to have one on day one.

PRD slot ready

复盘Retrospective

The system becomes valuable only when it reduces friction on ordinary workdays, not just on ambitious planning days.
