原型容易做，却不容易长期维护。链接会丢，反馈会散，迭代几轮后上下文就不见了。Prototypes are easy to make but hard to maintain. Links get lost, feedback is scattered, and context disappears after each iteration.

问题Problem

如何让原型既容易查看和复盘，又不会成为维护负担？How can prototypes stay visible, easy to review, and easy to evolve without turning into a maintenance burden?

分析Analysis

原型链接需要稳定命名和清晰分组，否则公开工作很难回看。Prototype links need stable naming and grouping, otherwise public work becomes hard to revisit.

当产物、理由和下一步放在一起时，设计评审效率更高。Design review works better when the artifact, rationale, and next step stay near each other.

公开工作台应该同时展示进行中的产物和背后的思考。A public workspace benefits from showing both in-progress artifacts and the thinking behind them.

先定义 URL 结构和一个统一的公开原型索引。Define URL strategy and a single public index for prototypes.

给每个原型补项目上下文、目标和版本备注。Attach project context, goals, and revision notes to each prototype entry.
